Information you choose to send

Our review form asks for your name, email address, and the kind of help you want. You can also provide a business name, phone number, website address, and message. We use these details to review your request, reply, and discuss any work you ask us to do. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

Where your message goes

Cloudflare hosts this website, processes the form, and delivers accepted submissions to our business email inbox at Proton Mail. The form does not save submissions in a website database or publish them. We do not intentionally include your submitted message or email address in application error logs.

Messages remain in our business mailbox until they are deleted; the form does not automatically delete emails after a set number of days. If an enquiry becomes a project, the related correspondence may remain part of the project record. You can ask us to correct or delete information you sent using the contact address below. We will explain if a record needs to be retained for an ongoing project or another applicable obligation.

Connection information and spam protection

Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, request times, URLs, and browser details to deliver and protect the site. Our form uses an IP-based request limit and a hidden spam field. Hosting and email providers manage their own service logs and retention under their policies.

Fonts, cookies, and other websites

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to obtain them, which shares connection information such as your IP address and browser details. We do not add advertising cookies or analytics tracking scripts. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies when needed to protect the service.

These providers describe their handling of information in their own policies: Cloudflare, Proton, and Google. If you follow a link to another website, that site's privacy practices apply.
